Reqonic Technologies provides Information Technology services including but not limited to cloud infrastructure management, web development, mobile application development, cybersecurity consulting, IT support, network administration, and digital transformation services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

All content, features, functionality, software, and technology comprising our Services are the exclusive property of Reqonic Technologies or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or distribute any portion of our Services without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of Content you upload; however, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your Content solely for the purpose of providing our Services.
Fees for our Services are as outlined in the applicable service agreement or pricing schedule. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend Services for accounts with overdue balances. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by law.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of each other's Confidential Information. The receiving party shall not disclose, reproduce, or use Confidential Information except as necessary to perform obligations or exercise rights under these Terms. This obligation shall survive termination of our service relationship for a period of three (3) years. Confidential Information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party without restriction.
We strive to maintain high service availability and performance. However, our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reqonic Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reqonic Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. We may also terminate or suspend your Account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, we shall delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our data retention policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
